Otis Duffy is the President at Centum Capital, a cutting-edge platform connecting CRE owners with a network of lenders and investors for debt and equity financing.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Otis brings a rich background in commercial real estate, including significant expertise in debt & equity financing, underwriting, cash flow modeling, and investment sales. His proficiency spans a variety of transactions, including mortgages, mezzanine loans, and Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing, with a career transaction volume exceeding $1 billion.
Otis began his career immediately after earning his B.A. from Centenary College, diving into real estate investment and quickly establishing a name for himself. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found his own brokerage in New York City, which later expanded to New Jersey and Florida. Throughout his career, Otis has held positions at renowned firms such as Marcus & Millichap, Sweetwater Capital, KPMG and Bank of America, gaining comprehensive experience across different facets of the real estate industry.
A licensed real estate broker in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, Otis is passionate about optimizing financing solutions for CRE owners and is committed to leveraging his deep market knowledge and strategic insight to drive success at Centum Capital. Originally from New York City and now residing in Tampa, Florida, Otis is also known for his dedication to motivational mindset and self-improvement, having previously played professional basketball in Europe.

Principal
Brady is a seasoned and skilled finance and CRE professional with 25 years of experience across commercial real estate, private equity/credit, and investment banking. He has a proven track record of spear-heading high-value transactions and has executed on more than $10 billion of direct investments and financings throughout his career.
Before joining Centum Capital, Brady specialized in healthcare real estate, where he excelled in originating and executing investment and financing opportunities with premier healthcare operators across the continuum of care. Notably, he served as the Head of U.S. Acquisitions for Medical Properties Trust, the world’s largest publicly traded healthcare REIT focused exclusively on investments in licensed hospitals. Additionally, he held similar leadership roles with several private healthcare real estate investment funds. Prior to his focus on healthcare real estate, Brady concentrated on middle-market principal investments for multiple private equity/credit firms. He began his career in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bear Stearns.
Brady holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In his free time, he is a sports aficionado, a fitness enthusiast, and an orchestrator of adventures for his three young children, including a set of spirited twins.

Prior to co-founding Centum Capital, Josh Horowitz served as a Senior Vice President at Eastern Union Funding, where he was recognized as a rising star in the debt brokerage industry. After seven successful years, he seized the opportunity to advance his career by founding Gem Star Capital Group.
With over $2 billion in closed transactions throughout his career, Josh’s deals range from under $1 million to well over $100 million. Known for his unique approach, both loyal and new clients seek Josh for his deep understanding of what it takes to close deals, even on the most challenging projects. A Brooklyn native, Josh has extensive experience across all property types, with a specialization in construction loans and structured financing.
Whether managing garden-style apartments in Arizona or high-rise buildings in New York City, Josh takes his responsibilities to clients seriously, serving as a trusted advisor whose expertise extends far beyond the spreadsheet. His attention to detail and proactive attitude are crucial factors in his successful deals. Josh is also an active community member in Lakewood, NJ, where he resides with his wife and children.
Chief Operating Officer
Carson is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with multiple years of experience in the realms of structured debt and real estate private equity. Specializing in multifamily transactions, Carson originated and closed north of $150 million in transactional volume during his first year in production ranging from $4- to $50 million-dollar loan amounts. His history showcases his adept management of complex transactions, demonstrating his skill in maneuvering through the challenges and intricacies inherent in the real estate arena.
Carson capitalizes on his extensive background at Freddie Mac, where he facilitated transactions exceeding $4.4 billion in combined volume during 2020 and 2021. His expertise spans a diverse array of multifamily acquisitions and refinances, encompassing regulatory and affordability agreements, TIF agreements, lease-up strategies, value-add initiatives, supplementals, construction take-outs, manufactured housing, built-for-rent projects, and various other facets of multifamily financing. His knowledge of the inner workings of commercial real estate financing renders him an invaluable resource where his thorough comprehension of financial complexities is essential.
Carson holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach, and delivers presentations on Commercial Real Estate and its nuances to students engaged in the university's Financial Management Association. Beyond his professional pursuits, Carson enjoys exploring hiking trails and spending time at Orange County beaches with his fiancée, Ciara, and their dog, Oliver.

With 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, Tessa has had the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Known for her visionary mindset, she has a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, forming key partnerships, and negotiating high-value deals. With a keen understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, Tessa excels at developing and executing growth strategies that align with business objectives. Her leadership style is both innovative and forward-thinking, dedicated to driving sustainable growth and ensuring long-term organizational success.
Tessa’s CRE expertise encompasses commercial land acquisition, development, and entitlement planning, with a focus on multi-family and senior housing development, hotel evaluation and sales, retail sales and leasing, and industrial/manufacturing sales and development. Her real estate experience is not limited to deal facilitation, site assessments, and navigation of municipal and county planning processes.
From her investment sales experience, and consultation of large, multi-phased projects across industry sectors, Tessa applies her knowledge from a variety of projects. She is more than a connector - she’s a bridge-builder, linking industries, passions, and purpose. In House Legal Counsel
Jeremy Goldman serves as the General Counsel at Centum Capital, bringing over a decade of legal expertise in commercial real estate, finance, and corporate law. His primary responsibility is to ensure that all legal aspects of Centum’s operations align with industry regulations, minimizing risk while maximizing operational efficiency. Jeremy plays a critical role in contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and deal structuring, helping facilitate seamless transactions across multiple asset classes.
With extensive experience in real estate law, Jeremy specializes in drafting and reviewing complex agreements, including joint ventures, capital stack arrangements, and lending structures such as Co-GP, Pref Equity, and CPACE financing. He advises Centum’s leadership on risk management strategies, governance matters, and evolving legal trends, ensuring that Centum stays ahead of market changes.
Jeremy’s meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of financial instruments make him an invaluable partner in managing legal risk for Centum’s clients. Before joining Centum Capital, Jeremy held roles in law firms and financial institutions where he honed his skills in real estate finance and corporate law. With 15+ years as a seasoned professional, Vincent’s foundation was built from government, utilities and oil and gas major capital projects with project values into multi-billion dollars, he understands the intricacies of what it takes to get capital projects off the ground and developed from both the owner and contractor side.
Prior to joining Centum Capital, Vincent started and continues to run and operate FV Vantage, an advisory firm focused on helping businesses grow by leveraging productive capital.
Vincent’s in-depth understanding and network within alternative finance brings additional funding solutions and out of the box strategic avenues to fulfilling each businesses capital needs within real estate and company overall.
His ability to assess, articulate, and align quickly project and business needs and qualifying criteria with the most productive capital is where clients see his value.
