Otis Duffy is the President of Centum Capital, an IOS-focused capital advisory and investment structuring platform representing institutional and family office capital across the U.S.
With more than two decades in commercial real estate capital markets, Otis specializes in Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) underwriting, sale-leaseback structuring, Co-GP formations, and LP equity placement. His experience spans acquisitions, credit tenant analysis, capital stack engineering, and advisory on mission-critical operator facilities and low-coverage industrial assets.
Throughout his career, Otis has executed transactions across multiple asset types during his time with firms such as Marcus & Millichap, Sweetwater Capital, KPMG, and Bank of America. Before founding Centum Capital, he built and scaled a multi-state brokerage and advisory practice with a focus on complex financing strategies and structured equity.
Originally from New York and now based in Tampa, Otis holds real estate broker licenses in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. His background as a former professional basketball player in Europe continues to influence his leadership, discipline, and relentless commitment to performance and execution.

Chief Operating Officer
Daniel Coyle is the Chief Operating Officer at Centum Capital Group, a boutique real estate private equity and advisory platform specializing in structured capital solutions and value-added investment strategies across multiple asset classes.
With over 15 years of institutional commercial real estate experience, Daniel began his career as a capital markets advisor and investment sales broker with Marcus & Millichap and later Colliers International, where he focused on underwriting, disposition, and acquisition of seniors housing, multifamily, and industrial assets nationwide. His background includes deep experience in joint-venture equity, preferred equity, mezzanine financing, and bridge-to-agency executions.
At Centum Capital Group, Daniel oversees the firm’s operational strategy and works closely with the President and senior leadership team to originate, structure, and execute complex real estate syndications. His expertise includes designing sale-leaseback programs, debt restructuring and recapitalization, LP equity formation, GP co-investment structures, and sophisticated multi-tiered waterfall and promote models that align sponsor and investor interests in long-term value-creation.
A passionate sailor and avid auto-racing enthusiast, Daniel lives with his wife and two children. He is dedicated to family, lifelong friendships, and exploring the world on land and at sea. Jeremy Goldman serves as the General Counsel at Centum Capital, bringing over a decade of legal expertise in commercial real estate, finance, and corporate law. His primary responsibility is to ensure that all legal aspects of Centum’s operations align with industry regulations, minimizing risk while maximizing operational efficiency. Jeremy plays a critical role in contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and deal structuring, helping facilitate seamless transactions across multiple asset classes.
With extensive experience in real estate law, Jeremy specializes in drafting and reviewing complex agreements, including joint ventures, capital stack arrangements, and lending structures such as Co-GP, Pref Equity, and CPACE financing. He advises Centum’s leadership on risk management strategies, governance matters, and evolving legal trends, ensuring that Centum stays ahead of market changes.
Jeremy’s meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of financial instruments make him an invaluable partner in managing legal risk for Centum’s clients. His collaborative approach allows him to work closely with lenders, developers, family offices, and other stakeholders, ensuring transactions proceed smoothly from negotiation to closing.
Before joining Centum Capital, Jeremy held roles in law firms and financial institutions where he honed his skills in real estate finance and corporate law. Theo is Centum Capital’s Chief Morale Officer, a 7-year-old Victorian Bulldog whose primary responsibilities include maintaining positive energy in the office, evaluating new team members through rigorous sniff tests, and reminding everyone to stay grounded no matter how complicated the capital stack gets.
When he’s not overseeing team culture, Theo enjoys long walks, gourmet treats, and supervising property inspections from the comfort of the front seat. Loyal, calm, and unbothered by market volatility, he embodies the discipline and steady mindset that Centum Capital brings to every deal.
