The Deal Board
Deals you won't find on the open market.
Assignments. Off-market sales. LP equity. Note sales. REO. Posted here first, to buyers who have told us exactly what they are hunting. Register your buy box, sign one NCNDA, and open the data room.
How Access Works
Four steps from first look to the principal's desk.
Sellers and assignors trust us with their deals because we control who sees them. That discipline is why the board exists.
Register
Tell us who you are and your buy box: asset types, price range, markets, and deal types.
Sign the NCNDA
One short agreement covers every opportunity. Each deal adds a one-page schedule with the address.
Open the data room
Documents sit in a private folder shared with you by name. No public links.
Meet the principal
Book time with the person who controls the deal and move to terms.
For Owners, Assignors & Brokers
Put your deal in front of the buyers who close.
Owners & assignors
Bring us an assignment, an off-market sale, an LP equity raise, a note, or REO. You stay in control of who sees it.
- Your contract price and your minimum stay internal. They are never published.
- We work to beat your minimum. Seller-paid, success-based fees, agreed up front.
- Buyers see the opportunity only after they register and sign the NCNDA.
Brokers
Bring your buyer. Your client registers first, then you register and sign the broker NCNDA.
- Some opportunities are offered to principals only.
- Fee participation exists only by written agreement with Centum and requires a valid license in the property's state.
- Brokers see only the deals marked for brokers.
